Despite the initial room issues, the staff was kind and understanding, swiftly moving us to a better room. the manager was accommodating and offered a full refund, showing great customer service and care. the convenient location near family homes and the cleanliness of the facility were notable highlights. the nearby Gurnee Mills shopping experience added to the convenience, offering a variety of stores. the complimentary access to the indoor pool and hot tub was a nice touch for relaxation. Overall, despite some hiccups, the Holiday Inn Gurnee was a satisfactory stay, especially considering the understanding staff and prime location. I recommend it for travelers seeking a convenient and comfortable stay.
